I am trying to connect to an office network remotely through ATT Network Client and VPN IPSEC Dual Access. The software sits trying to authenticate and when I disconnect, I get a message saying NETSP.exe could not load, Error 740. Has any experienced this or even better, found a solution? Thanks

NETSP.exe could not load
I’ve experienced this as well – I think it’s a driver issue with Vista. It’s happening for me on v6.6 of the client. Vista chokes on the prior versions. V6.8 is available for download but they’ve added a OS version check into it so you can’t install it unless you’re on 2003, XP, or 2000. According to AT&T’s website v7.0 has limited Vista support and is currently in Alpha. It links you to its forums to download the alpha but there’s nothing in the forums about it. Short answer is that I don’t think you’re (we’re) out of luck until 7.0 is posted.
